- We suggest that the machine be always left on. In this way, it will be
always ready for use without having to wait until it reaches the proper
temperature. When the machine is left on but it is not operating, its
power consumption is equal to that of a 40-watt bulb left continuously
on. Still, power consumption in this way is lower than that needed for
the machine to reach the operating temperature when it is turned on.
Besides, if the machine remains at its operating temperature, it sup-
plies best quality hot drinks and minimizes repairs attributable to mass
cooling and heating.
You could turn the machine on in the morning and turn it off when it
will not be used for several hours (for instance, during the night).
- Noises, even with the machine off, are normal and attributable to the
cooling of metal parts and to condensation. The intermittence effect
when steam is supplied is also normal.
