7. RPM
Revolutions per minute, it allows you to adjust the parameters of the
beater speed, for a better incorporation of air (overrun) into the product
increasing its volume. (Mix recipe affects overrun as much as speed of
auger)
8. Hardness
Allows you to adjust the hardness of the product from 0 a 15.
