PROBABLE CAUSE
1. For safety the machine cannot work
with the door open.
Water cooled:
1. Problems with the tower cooling: it is
off, low water level, lack of maintenance
(scale).
2. Lack of water supply.
Air cooled:
1. Lack of ventilation.
2. High ambient temperature.
3. Lack of maintenance of the condenser.
4. Damaged fan.
1. The ice cream froze.
2. Gas leak.
SOLUTION
1. Close the door to continue.
(If it is closed and the alarm still appears,
contact your dealer).
Water cooled:
1. Check the cooling tower, verify that it is
turned on, filled with water, if maintenan-
ce is necessary.
2. Check the water supply.
Air cooled:
1. Place the machine in a space suitable
where you can have the correct ventilation.
2. Lower the ambient temperature to the
proper levels for the machine.
3. Check that the condenser be free of
dust or debris that will obstruct the flow.
4. Seek technical advice.
1. Remove the ice cream, wait a few
minutes for the alarm to clear.
2. If the machine does not cool down,
the ice cream does not come out with the
proper consistency and it is constantly
protected with this alarm, it is likely that
there is a gas leak, in this case it requires
technical support.
