Regular servicing by a technician helps to prolong the lifespan of the jack.
ISO VG15 hydraulic oil is recommended for hydraulic jacks.
When the jack is not in use, the piston must be lowered to protect the workpieces and prevent
corrosion. To add oil to the hydraulic jack:
a Empty the jack by completely removing the filling plug.
b Add 178 ml of new oil through the filling oil. The markings on the jack must always be visible
and must not be changed.
It is not permitted to make modifications which may prevent the jack from conforming with
the stated standard.
Disposal
Dispose of the jack at a recycling centre or a collection point in your city/municipality.
Disposal Of Lubricants, Cleaning Agents, And Used Oil
IMPORTANT: Lubricants, cleaning agents and used oil from the hydraulic system must not be
disposed of in household waste, in the sewage system or outdoors!
Dispose of lubricants, cleaning agents and used oil at a recycling centre or a collection point
in your city/municipality.

• Never adjust the control valve (equipped with a plastic plug).
• Do not use on sloping surfaces.
• Always use blocks/ramps to secure the lifted vehicle.
• Ensure that the load is placed exactly in the middle of the saddle.
• Never exceed the stated maximum weight.
• Making modifications will void the warranty and endanger the safety of the user. Do not
replace any of the components.
• Only lift your vehicle in areas recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Do not use the device in adverse conditions such as extreme weather, frost, in the vicinity
of strong magnetic fields, explosive atmospheres or mines, in strong winds of more than
50 km/h (25 kg/m

• The jack must not come into direct contact with food. Wipe off any leaking oil immediately to

designed for lifting vehicles that do not exceed the stated load.
• Do not lift dangerous materials such as liquid metals, acids, radioactive material or fragile
loads.
• Do not use the jack to lift people.
• Always keep the jack and the load within sight during use.
• The use of special wedges is recommended to protect your vehicle.
• When working with the jack, you are recommended to wear suitable clothing such as gloves
and safety shoes.
• Do not work underneath the lifted load unless the load is secured with suitable equipment
such as blocks or wedges.
• If the jack can no longer be lowered as desired, secure the vehicle with blocks to prevent it
from being lowered unintentionally.
• Obtain an additional jack and lift the vehicle to a height that allows you to safely remove the
defective jack. If in doubt, seek professional assistance.
