MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE FORCES
EN
The maximum necessary manual forces for operating the jack (both without a load and with
the nominal load) must not exceed the following values:
Lifting the loaded jack using a hand pump: 400 N
Important: If the manual forces applied exceed these values, they must be reduced with the
assistance of other people.
Raising the jack:
1 Place the jack at the height of the designated positions (see manufacturer's documentation)
under the vehicle. Ensure that the saddle is exactly in the middle of the corresponding
positions to prevent the vehicle from sliding off.
Wedges can be used to protect the vehicle.
2 Use the lever to tighten the exhaust valve to the right. Press the lever
3 from top to bottom to lift the load.
Block the screw to enable lifting.
For your safety, after lifting the vehicle, place blocks under the vehicle in the position
recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
Lowering the jack:
Gradually turn the safety valve two turns to the left.
If the jack does not come down completely, turn the screw two extra turns.
Do not fully loosen the safety valve, as this will result in oil leakage!
