2.1 Designated Use
The Front Injector TMS-VI is used in industry for the automatic cleaning process
of MIG/MAG welding torches. The Front Injector TMS-VI may only be
operated using original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.

hereby declare that, on the basis of its design and construction, the present
version of the Front Injector TMS-VIdescribed in these operating instructions
complies with the basic safety and health requirements of the EC directive. Any
modification not agreed with us will void this declaration.

Within the EEA (European Economic Area) the current version of the national
implementation of the Framework Directive (89/391/EEC) and the related
individual directives and, of these, especially Directive (89/655/EEC)
concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work
equipment by workers at work must be adhered to. In Germany, the Job
Protection Law and the Company Safety Ordinance must be heeded. In
addition, the operator must ensure that the welding torch and welding unit
comply with the EC EMC Directive (04/108/EC) and that the signal utilization
of the integrated welding current monitoring against stray currents is installed
properly.
The Front Injector TMS-VI is used in a robot cell for the automatic cleaning of
MIG/MAG welding torches. Designated use also includes the observance of
the prescribed operating, maintenance and servicing instructions.
