2.2. CHARGING THE BATTERY
• The battery is not fully charged so when you buy it, charge it for 3 hours
before using it for the first time.
• Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures or strike with or
against any object. The leakage or loss of the electrolyte inside as well as
the fire or explosion can cause serious injuries.
• Disconnect the battery from the tool before starting to charge.
• Make sure the battery is dry and clean before you start recharging.
• The battery should be replaced if the service life becomes insufficient. Use
only original batteries supplied by the manufacturer.
2.3. CHAIN AND BAR ASSEMBLY
Before installing the chain and sword, make sure the saw and battery are
disconnected.
1. Place the chain around the bar in the correct position. The cutting face
of the chain teeth must be oriented in the direction of rotation of the
chain. (Image 4).
2. Remove the protective cover from the saw:
Loosen the nut counterclockwise and
remove the side cover (Image 1).
Place the chain on the guide plate
(Image 2).
