OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

According to your needs to choose a suitable massage head, rotate the massage head
firmly into the massage gun.

Turn on the device by pushing the power switch to "ON" position. The LED screen will
light up. Touch the "
speed 04 - speed 05 - speed 00 - speed 01, that is to enter a loop of 01 - 02 - 03 - 04 -
05 - 00 - 01. The speed level is indicated by the number on the left side of the screen.

From Speed 01 to 05, you could press the "
00 (Stand-by)" status directly. Switch off the device after use by pushing the power switch to
the OFF position.

Glide the Mebak along the muscle. Move slowly - about an inch a second or slower. If
you hit a knot or an area of tension, let the Mebak rest on that spot - without adding
additional pressure - for a few moments before moving on.

With unit off, fully insert the massage head by pressing in. Remove by pulling it out.
