ATTACH BOTTOM AND HINGE PLATES
Items Needed:
AA - 1/4-20 x 5/8in Carriage Bolt (Qty: 4)
BB - 1/4-20 x 3/4in Button Head Screw (Qty: 8)
CC - 5/16in Washer (Qty: 4)
DD - 1/4-20 Flange Nut (Qty: 12)
RR - Hinge Plate (Qty: 2)
G - Bottom (Qty: 1)
Process:
• Insert Bottom G into one end of assembly (either end
will work) and attach using (8) BB, and
(8) DD.
• Finger tighten.
NOTE: When placing a hinge plate (RR) on the unit the
loop of the hinge MUST always face towards the outside
of the unit.
• Attach Hinge Plate RR to front of Unit using (4) AA, (4)
CC, and (4) DD.
• Finger tighten.

INSERT INTERIOR SHELVES
Items Needed:
AA - 1/4-20 x 5/8in Carriage Bolt (Qty: 6)
D - Shelf (Qty: 3)
CC - 5/16in Washer (Qty: 6)
DD - 1/4-20 Flange Nut (Qty: 6)
Process:
Note: Shelf D must be installed location 5, as shown in
Figure 4.1, to allow door to lock. Install bottom shelf first.
• Insert Shelf D from top of unit.
• Place in desired mounting location in back of unit, and
rotate into place as shown.
• Attach using (2) AA, (2) CC, and (2) DD in square
mounting holes as shown.
• Repeat until all (3) shelves are in place.
• Finger tighten.
