Application
Can be used in conjunction with: Pressurised storage
heaters, thermally and hydraulically controlled
instantaneous heaters.
Operation with low-pressure displacement water
heaters is not possible.

Installation
Flush pipes thoroughly.
Installation and connection, see fold-out page III,
Fig. [1] and [2].
The base (A) is only fitted on product no. 32 366
and 33 347.
Refer to the dimensional drawing on fold-out page I.
Lift rod (B) must be inserted into the mixer body during
installation.
Install pop-up waste set (28 910), see fold-out page II.
Seal plug-hole rim.
Open cold and hot-water supply and check
connections for leakage.
Check fitting for correct operation, see Fig. [3].
Flow rate limiter
This mixer is fitted with an adjustable flow rate limiter,
permitting an infinitely variable individual reduction in
the flow rate.
The highest possible flow rate is set by the factory
before despatch.
The use of flow rate limiters in combination with
hydraulic instantaneous water heaters is not
recommended.
To activate, see "Replacing the cartridge" steps 1 to 3,

Maintenance
Inspect and clean all parts, replace as necessary and
grease with Grohe special grease (order no. 18 012).
Shut off cold and hot water supply.

1. Lever out plug (C).
2. Loosen set screw (D) with 3mm socket spanner
and detach lever (E).
3. Remove cap (F).
4. Remove screw union (G) with 32mm spanner.
cold - right 5. Replace either complete cartridge (H)
or seals (H1).
hot - left
Assemble in reverse order.
Observe the correct installation position.
Ensure that the cartridge seals (H1) engage in the
grooves and the locating pins at the base of the
cartridge slot into the apertures on the housing.
Install screw union (G) and tighten.

nozzle (46 493), see fold-out page II.
