Select [In progress System] under [System]
menu.
And select the system name you are going
to activate.
In most case, the system is incomplete
status when the owner doesn't join LG
account service or (s)he already join LG
account service but doesn't confirm device
activation by clicking link in mail sent from
EnerVu.
And in such case, "Owner Confirmed" item is
unchecked.
In that case,
- Check owner e-mail address is correct.
- Check owner has joined LG account
service.
- Check owner has confirmed device
activation.
If above all conditions are fulfilled, "Owner
Confirmed" item will be checked and
activation will be completed by selecting
[Activate] button.
