11. The parking monitor does not work?
Solution:
All dash cams on the market are powered by the car. After
the dash cam is plugging in the car cigarette lighter socket,
while starting the car, the car will supply power to the dash
cam, the dash cam will turn on and record the video.
However, once the car shuts down, the dash cam shuts
down and also stops recording. Therefore, it does not react
to movements and impacts after the engine is switched
off.Therefore, if you want to activate the dash cam to
monitor your car after the car shuts down during overnight
parking, the dash cam needs to be wired to the car's fuse
box.

We warrants to the original purchaser for the following
period from your purchasing date against deficiencies in
material and workmanship under normal use. Should this
unit fail to operate in a satisfactory manner within the
warranty period, we will, at its discretion, replace or repair
