TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Decrease in the flow
of purified water.
Change in the taste
of the water.
Purified water
contains a high
level of total
dissolved solids
(TDS).
The main unit is
leaking.
No purified water
comes out of the
connected tap.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The 3-way valve is not
completely open.
The filter is blocked or has
reached the end of its
useful life.
The filter has not been used
for several days.
The filter has come to the
end of its service life or is
defective.
The TDS level in the water
supply exceeds the
maximum level allowed by
the EPA for public drinking
water for drinking water.
System component- system
failure.
The filters are not installed
correctly.
The water leak detector has
tripped.
The water leak detector has
tripped. Air bubbles blocks
the PE pipes (usually after a
filter change).
SOLUTIONS
Fully open the 3-way valve.
Replace the filter.
Turn on the tap and let the water run
for 5 minutes.
Replace the filter.
Immediately stop using the product
and close the 3-way valve to prevent
damage. Install a pre-treatment
device upstream o this product in the
water supply. Reinstall the product.
Close the 3-way valve and disconnect
the plug from the socket.
Contact customer service
immediately.
Close the 3-way valve. Remove and
replace the filters. Open the 3-way
valve.
Close the 3-way valve and disconnect
the plug from the socket.
Inspect ducts and pipes for external
leaks. Tilt the main unit to check for
internal leakage:
If the leak is internal, water will
flow out of the main unit. Contact
customer service.
If the leak is external, inspect for leaks
and fix accordingly. Drain the water
from the main unit by tilting it.
Reset the leak detector: disconnect
the plug from the mains socket.
Disconnect the tap water.
PE pipe (BLUE). Reconnect the PE tap
water pipe (BLUE) to the tap water
inlet and connect the plug to the
mains socket.
Close the 3-way valve and disconnect
the plug from the socket.
Open the kitchen faucet and make
sure the water is flowing.
Open the 3-way valve and connect the
plug into the mains socket.
