HEDGETRIMMER'S SAFETY
1. Before you do any kind of maintenance to the hedgetrimmer always remember to switch off the engine and wait until the
blades have come to a complete stop.
2. Check your hedgetrimmer before use. Replace damaged parts. Be sure there's no fuel leaking. Follow maintenance instruc-
tion carefully from pg. 16 to pg. 18
3. Check the blades. Replace broken or damaged parts.
4. Do not use spare parts not authorized by AMA.
5. Take care of your hedgetrimmer following the maintenance instruction advised in this manual section, see pg. 16, 17, 18.
6. If you note any functioning problem or excessive vibration, stop immediately the hedgetrimmer and check any possible cau-
se. If you cannot identify the problem or you're unable to fix it seek for help and go to the authorised dealer closer to you.
7. Do not use the hedgetrimmer if you note that the handle or the starting cable is damaged. Make sure bolts and nuts are
properly tightened.
8. Do not use the machine if modified from its original shape and assortment.
9. Do not try to fix the machine if you're not up to the task.
10. Protect the blade carefully every time you move or store the hedgetrimmer.
FUEL SAFETY
1. Petrol is highly inflammable and you have to handle it with care. Use approved jerrycan to store the petrol.
2. Mix and pour the mixture outdoor and far from flames or sparkles.
3.Do not smoke near the petrol or near the working hedgetrimmer.
4.Do not fully load the petrol tank. Stop at 10-20mm from the highest part of the tank.
5.Clean any fuel leaking before starting up the engine.

6.When you start up the engine make sure you are at least 3 mt away from the refuelling point.
7. Do not remove the fuel cap. Drain the tank after every use. Fuel left could leak out during storage.
8.Let the engine cool down before refuelling the tank.
9.Store the hedgetrimmer away from flames, sparkles and extreme hot. Make sure fuel smokes don't
reach sparkles, flames coming from heaters, furnaces, electric motors...
