LEVELING FEATURE
NOTE:
Before using the unit, level it when it is cool.
We made leveling your cooking surface easier. Use the provided leveler (located on the left front of the
griddle) and M12 caster wrench when adjusting the griddle feet (casters) before cooking.

to reduce the height
to increase the height
