3.3.3. Drive Control Bar
Used to engage tines and/or traction drive.
3.3.4. Handle Height Adjustment Lever
Unscrew this lever, move the handle up or down. Fasten the lever.
3.3.5. Drag Bar
Assists with overall balance while tilling in all conditions.
3.3.6. Depth Stake
Controls depth at which tiller will dig.
3.3.7. Levelling Shield
Levels tilled Soil.
3.3.8. Outer Side Shield
Adjustable to protect small plants from being buried.
3.3.9. Recoil Starter Handle
The Recoil Starter Handle is used to start the engine.
3.3.10. Fuel Shut-Off Valve
The fuel shut – off has two positions:
CLOSED ( ) - use this position to service, transport, or store the unit..
OPEN (
) - use this position to run the unit.
3.3.11. Throttle Control
The throttle control regulates the speed of the engine, and moves between FAST
positions. When the throttle control is moved to the STOP position, the engine will STOP.
