Your ALTO Floor Care product is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase (purchase
receipt must be presented), to the original purchaser only, on the following conditions:
- That defects are attributable to missing parts defects in materials or workmanship. (Usual wear
and tear as well as misuse is not covered by the guarantee).
- That repair have not been carried out or attempted by other than ALTO-trained service staff.
- That only original accessory has been applied.
- That the product has not been exposed to abuse.
- That the instructions in the operators' manual have been carefully observed.
In addition to the terms above ALTO guarantee, to the original purchaser only, to repair or
replace the main frame, debris hopper, solution tank and the recovery tank for eight (8) years
against failure caused by defects in workmanship or total rust through.
For purposes of this coverage, cosmetic deterioration or surface rust does not constitute a
failure.
Engines (Internal combustion engines) (if applicable):
Manufacturers warranty applies to Engines
All questions about engines must be forwarded to ALTO
Batteries (if applicable):
Manufacturers warranty applies to batteries.
All questions about batteries must be forwarded to ALTO or the ALTO Dealer that
supplied the product.
Chargers (if applicable):
Manufacturers warranty applies to chargers.
All questions about chargers must be forwarded to ALTO or the ALTO Dealer that
supplied the product.
ALTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHICH MAY RESULT FROM A PRODUCT OR PART DEFECT OR FAILURE.
