Vanilla popcakes
Ingredients:
100 g all purpose flour
100 g caster sugar
50 g butter
1 large egg
60 ml milk
1 teaspoon (5 g) of vanilla essence
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) of baking powder
Pinch of salt
Method:
Cream the butter using a wooden spoon until it is soft, then add the sugar and vanilla
essence and beat until light and creamy, then beat in the egg.
Sift together the baking powder, salt and flour, then blend half of the flour into the mixture.
Add the milk and mix well, then add the rest of the flour mixture and combine.
Spoon the mixture into the moulds and bake for approximately 5 minutes.
Baking time can be increased according to personal taste.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from the mains supply and let it cool before cleaning
and storage.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Dry with a soft cloth.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
Remove and clean plates after each use.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination
from different types of food, the use of hot clean water with a mild detergent is advisable
when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food. Correct food hygiene
practices should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /
cross contamination.
Rinse and dry thoroughly before attaching them to the appliance.
