Warning
● In the unlike event the following are observed, please turn of the a/c unit and disconnect the
power form the mains immediatelly, also contact the authorised dealer
➝ Power cord is overheating or damaged.
➝ Abnormal sound during operation.
➝ Off-flavor.
➝ Water leakage
● Do not attempt to repair the air conditioner, without professional assistance.
● The use of the unit under abnormal operation, may cause damage to the air conditioner,
electric shock, fire or other hazards.
Disconnect power, wait for ten minutes prior to re-connect-
ing. If "E5" persists, contact for professional help to maintain
the unit.
1. Drain the water from the chassis.
2.If H8 persists, contact for professional help, as to maintain
the unit.

Re-power the unit after initially powering OFF and unplug
for 30 minutes.
2.If there's still malfunction, please contact after-sales ser-
vice.
1.Notice if the unit is under a high-temperature and a
high-humidity environment. If the area's temperature is too
high, power off the unit and regain operation once the tem-
perature has dropped to 35°C or bellow.
2.Notice if the evaporator and the condenser are blocked by
obstacles, if this is the case power off the unit, remove the
obstacles and then power back on.
3.If the problem persists, contact our After Sales Service
Center.
