4. MOVEMENT AND TRANSPORT
4.2 Moving the units
WARNING
The units must be moved using a forklift truck.
- The unit is to be transported and stored in its container during shipping,
in a vertical position and without water in its interior.
- Transport and storage temperatures between -5 to +50 °C.
- A maximum inclination of 30° is allowed for transport of short distan-
ces.
5. INSTALLATION
5.1 Installation Warnings
WARNING
The installation and maintenance of heat pumps must only be per-
formed by qualified technicians and authorised companies.
- Installation must only be carried out by qualified and authorised techni-
cians.
- Do not attempt to install the device on your own initiative.
- For repairs contact the Technical Support Team.
Electrical repairs must be carried out by qualified electricians.
- Unsatisfactory work may result in serious damage to the user.

In case of relocation or removal of the unit, drain the water.
- During transportation, protect the unit from knocks and other shocks.
Fix the unit to a wood pallet (bench) paying attention to the front part
of the unit
4.3 Removal of packaging
WARNING
Danger of cuts : use suitable gloves.
If knives or cutters are used in the unwrapping process, please be
careful not to damage the casing around the unit.
After all packaging has been removed, check that the unit is in good
condition.
If in doubt, do not use the device and contact an authorised technician.
Warning!
Check that the units have not been damaged during transport.
In the case of a claim, contact the transport company to obtain a timely
declaration in relation to the damage and liability.
Before disposing of the packaging ensure that all accessories have been
removed.
Correct installation of the Eco Hot Water guarantees efficient use.
Therefore, we ask you to carefully abide by the instructions in relation
to installation, connections and testing as they are documented in this
manual.
