USE
 The balance was designed to indicate precisely the increase in or the loss of weight.
 Position the balance on a hard, flat surface (avoid carpets). Uneven floors lead to imprecise
readings.
 Check the 0 position. When at rest the 0 mark must be located directly in correspondence of the
cursor. If this is not the case, correct the position of the dial scale by turning the regulator on the
bottom of the balance.
 Step on the balance. Distribute your weight will soon be displayed on the large, easy-to-read dial
scale.
USAGE TIPS

Weigh yourself without any clothes or shoes on before meals and always at the same hour of
the day. The best time to weigh yourself is when you wake up in the morning.
