REPAIR
If the product is not working properly, check the following points:

Causes
The appliance is not plugged in
Water level too low
Water level exceeds 120 ml
The end of part B is obstructed
Water level too low
Accumulation of water drops in the
part B
The ceramic disk is dirty or clogged up
by a drop of water
An excess of Estéban refresher oils has
been poured into the container
Accumulation of water drops in the

Diffuser failure
The battery is worn out
The diffuser does not detect the
remote control
Solutions
Make sure that the power adapter is properly connected to the
appliance and fully plugged in to the wall socket
Fill the water container
Empty out excess water
Make sure that nothing is preventing the release of the mist
Fill the water container
Switch off the diffuser, remove part B then clean off the
accumulated water drops
Clean the ceramic disk as described in the «PRECAUTION
FOR USE» instructions
Empty the appliance and clean it
Switch off the diffuser, remove part B then clean off the
accumulated water drops
Bring the diffuser back to the retailer within the after-sales
service support legal deadline
Replace it with a CR 2025 battery
Place properly the remote control in the diffuser direction
