When the LED displays the desired programme, press the Defrost/Clock button again and turn
the Time/Weight button to set the weight of the food to be defrosted. Press the Start button
to start the process.
- It is highly recommended to turn over food during operation on order to obtain a uniform
effect.
- Usually defrosting will need longer time than cooking food.
- If the food can be cut by knife, the defrosting process can be considered completed.
- Microwave radiation penetrates around 4 cm into most foods.
- Defrosted food should be used as soon as possible. It is not recommended to freeze or put
back in the fridge again.
