OpERATION

WARNING
1. Unplug or disconnect the appliance from the power supply before servicing.
2. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid state
speed control device.
3. Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an
authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
4. Do not run cord under carpeting.
5. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
6. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area
and where it will not be tripped over.

Before assembly, remove fan from the box and read the instruction manual carefully.
If any parts of the fan are damaged, do not return the fan to the store. Please call
1-866-558-8096 for a replacement manual, replacement fan or a refund based
on the warranty guidelines.

To operate:
The metal fan has three speeds.
Fan Speed Switch:
Off
Low (L)
Medium (M)
High (H)
Press the appropriate button for the desired speed.
