1. Do not use the soldering iron without the
cover that separates the operator from the mov-
ing parts.
2. Make sure that a professional person installs,
operates, maintains and repairs the machine.
3. Do not put your fingers, hair, clothes, etc.
near moving parts, such as the cooling fan.
THE INSULATION
NOTICE: The welder's insulation deteriorates
with the entry of splashes and iron dust caused
by welding and polishing. To avoid fire caused
by the deterioration of the insulation of the ma-
chine, please obey the following rules:
1. Separate the welder from the place of opera-
tion.
2. Maintain and check the operation regularly
to avoid deterioration of the insulation caused
by the accumulation of dust.
3. If iron dust enters the welder, turn off the
machine, disconnect from the power source and
clean with compressed air.
INSTALLATION PREPARATIONS
1. Repair of the Welder must be carried out only
by qualified personnel. Repair or maintenance
performed by an unqualified person can create
a danger of injury.
2. When repairing the machine, use only identi-
cal replacement parts. The use of unauthorized
parts or failure to follow maintenance instruc-
tions may result in the risk of electric shock or
injury.
3. Care must be taken that no foreign objects
fall on the welder.
4. The levels of dust, acid and erodible dirt of
the air must not exceed the levels indicated
by the regulations in force (emissions resulting
from the welding process are excluded).
5. The Welder should not be exposed to sun or
rain. It should be stored in places of low humid-
ity, with a temperature of 10 to 40 ° C.
6. You must place the welder in such a way that
the ventilation grilles do not get clogged, leave
at least a 20 cm space to ensure ventilation.
7. Make sure that no foreign metallic elements
are entering the equipment.
8. Make sure there are no violent vibrations in
the areas adjacent to the operating area.
9. Always follow the Safety and Hygiene Guide-
lines.
10. Use protective articles to avoid injury to the
eyes or skin.
11. Use the welding mask to cover your head
while you work. Look at what is soldering ONLY
through the filter lenses of the welding mask.

12. For no reason touch the bipolar output of
the Welder (electrode and work piece).
13 Make sure there is sufficient power supply for
the welder to work properly. Any power source
for the welder must be installed with protective
equipment.
14. The welder must be installed on a horizontal
surface. If there is a difference in level greater
than 15 °, some anti-tipping equipment must be
installed.
ATTENTION:
• While welding, do not touch the voltage regu-
lator.
• Do not leave explosive or flammable items in
the place where you operate.
• The gases and fumes produced by welding are
harmful to health. Be sure to work in well-venti-
lated or ventilated places so that these fumes or
emissions do not affect breathing.
• Always remember to keep the spark of arc
away from other people when welding. This is
only due to the interference of the arc spark.
• Never allow a person other than the operator
to disassemble or modulate the welder.
• Do not allow the presence of people outside
the operation during the operation of the
welder.
• People who have a pacemaker can not ap-
proach the machine without their doctor's per-
