11. Side Burner Assembly
a). Loosen the two screws which pre-assembled
onto firebox right side panel (H) but do not
remove Completely. Align the bottom key holes
on side burner (C) with the two loosened screws
as show in Fig. 15, and then tighten. .
b). Use three ¼-in x15-mm truss head screws with
locking washer (AA) and three ¼-in x15-in flat
washers (EE) to keep the right side burner in
place (These three ¼-in screws are screwed
through the front and the rear screw holes which
are located on the top of the right burner). As
shown in Fig. 15.
Note: The top three screws of the firebox should be
screwed from the inside to outside for right side
burner shelf. But the bottom 2 screws should be
tightened from outside to inside.
c). Secure the right side burner control panel and
main control panel by using two 5/32-in x 10-mm
truss head screws with locking washer (BB) and
two 5/32-in flat washers (DD). As shown in Fig.
15.
12.Side Burner Valve Installation
a) Remove the 2 screws that are pre-attached to the
valve. Do not screw out fully .Insert the side burner
valve into the Side Burner Shelf Control Panel . Align
the screws on the valve with the large side of the
holes on the bezel. Slide the screws down to the
smaller holes and tighten the screws to secure. As
shown in Fig. 16.
b) Insert Side Burner Control Knob (AB) onto the
valve stem. As shown in Fig. 17
