4.4.11 Alarm values

This screen displays the configured alarm values. No other
settings are possible here.

4.4.12 Configuration Date/Time

The date and time can be configured in the lower white field.
Make sure that the date and time are entered in the correct
format and then confirm by tapping "Confirm".

4.4.13 Data logging

NOTICE
The USB stick must have at least 4 GB of memory and be
formatted with the FAT32 file system for data logging to work.
► The Air Guard can save 500,000 measured values. If the
maximum number of values is exceeded, the oldest
measured values are overwritten. A measured value is
saved every 6 seconds.
► It is recommended that the data be backed up monthly to
prevent data loss.
To use the data logging feature of the Air Guard, a USB stick
must be inserted in the port provided behind the touchscreen.
The port can be accessed by opening the cabinet when the
device is voltage-free.

4.4.14 Web server

As soon as the Air Guard is integrated in the network and the
static IP address of the server is entered, users can access the
Air Guard through a web browser. The Google Chrome
browser is recommended. The only criterion is that the display
device be within the same network as the Air Guard.
1. Enter the configured IP address in the web browser.
2. Click User pages on the left-hand side.
3. Click the Air Guard web server application start page link.
This opens the Air Guard web application.
The web application displays the same views as described in
the chapter "Overview complete" (see chapter 4.4.3) and as
shown in "Single value / Trends" (see chapter 4.4.4) on the
touchscreen.

After operation

NOTICE
When the Air Guard is turned on but not supplied with
compressed air, increased moisture and oil content values
may be displayed after a while. If this happens, purge the Air
Guard as soon as the Air Guard is again supplied with the
operating pressure required according to the name plate.
NOTICE
The measuring interval of the Dräger PID 5000 is 6 minutes,
the purging interval of the Air Guard is 5 minutes, so it may be
necessary to purge again until the Dräger PID 5000 is reset.
To avoid this, wait at least 3 minutes after the operating
pressure has been restored and only then activate the purge.
