INSTALLATION
The 710 Minisit conforms to current safety standards.
Installation on appliances must nevertheless be checked with
respect to the specific regulations for the appliance. In
particular it is necessary to check that the requirements relating
to the class of flame detection device are met and, where fitted,
of the pressure regulator. All the installation, setting and
adjustment operations must be carried out exclusively by
qualified personnel and on the basis of the specific
characteristics of the user appliance. The multifunctional control
is not suitable for outdoor operation.
SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Minimum flow adjustment
Minimum flow is adjusted by the screw "MIN":
- To reduce the flow turn the "MIN" screw clockwise.
- To increase the flow turn the "MIN" screw anticlockwise.
Pilot gas supply adjustment
The gas supply to the pilot is adjusted by means of the "PIL"
screw:
- To reduce the flow turn the "PIL" screw clockwise.
- To increase the flow turn the "PIL" screw anticlockwise.
Outlet pressure setting
The outlet pressure is adjusted by means of the screw "RP".
- Remove the protective cap.
- To increase the pressure turn the "RP" screw clockwise.
- To reduce the pressure turn the "RP" screw anticlockwise.
Outlet flow rate adjustment
The outlet flow is adjusted by means of the screw "Q".
- Remove the protective cap.
- To increase the flow rate turn the "Q" screw anticlockwise.
- To reduce the flow rate turn the "Q" screw clockwise.
WARNING
Operation with family III gas (LPG):
- The "MIN" adjustment screw must have an orifice and be
screwed in fully.
- The "PIL" adjustment screw must be completely turned
anticlockwise.
- The pressure regulator must be overridden (adjusting screw
"RP" screwed fully in).
- The flow rate adjuster must be overridden (adjusting screw "Q"
turned fully anticlockwise).
