Installation
15. Push lever (T) onto the taper of lever head (R).
16. Place anti-rotational washer (U) inside lever (T) and then secure lever (T) to
lever head (R) using screw (V).
Note: Do not discard anti-rotational washer (U)
17. Push indice cap (W) into lever (T) to conceal screw (V).
