USE
Set the pressure of the compressed air on the compressed
air system to a maximum of 6.2 bar.
Make sure the trigger lever (1) is in the depressed position,
then connect the tool to hose of the compressed air source.
Check the function of the device by turning the safety lock
lever (2) and pressing the trigger lever (1).
The device is now ready for cutting window glue.
Disconnect the device from the air source when not in use.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The tool should be lubricated daily (or before each use) with air tool oil (not included).
This can be done either automatically with an in-line lubricator or manually.
Proceed as follows if you want to oil the device manually:
1. Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply.
2. Put a few drops of air tool oil in the air inlet. Only use suitable compressed air device oil. Use
of improper oil may result in reduced performance, malfunction or damage.
3. Connect the tool to the air supply and run it without load for a few seconds to allow the oil to
circulate in the tool. Please note that excess oil can leak out of the tool. Keep the tool away in
a safe direction.
4. Oil the tool in the same way when you are done with the job and want to store the tool, this will
prolong the life of the tool.
5. Do not store the tool in a humid environment as this may cause the internal mechanics to rust.
