Switching on the hand blender
Press the power switch. The appliance functions at the current power setting. Release the power
button and press the turbo button to work with maximum power.

Operating the hand blender
Move the hand blender slowly within the working container until the liquid is of the desired consist-
ency. In doing so, make sure that the blade head is always covered with liquid and that the gap
between the blender attachment and the drive unit remains a few centimetres above the liquid.
The appliance is
equipped with a
protective function that
switches off the motor
in the event of immi-
nent overheating.
