Cleaning the nozzles:
 If the nozzles becomes clogged, remove the nozzle
selector.
 Soak entire nozzle selector in warm soapy water.
 If clogs persist, follow the instructions above for removing
nozzles.
 Soak the nozzles in warm, soapy water then blow out
with pressurized air to remove blockage.
When not properly cleaned, the sprayer nozzles may develop
residual chemical build up. This could result in decreased
pressure and spray patterns.
To reduce the chance of blockage, spray a tank of water
through the unit after each use to rinse out any residual
chemical build up that may have occurred.

REMOVING/REPLACING THE ANTI-STATIC
STRAP
See Figure 17.
The anti-static strap should not be worn while performing
maintenance.
To remove the strap:
 Turn electrostatic function off and remove the battery
from the unit.
 Use a T15 bit (not included) to remove the two cover
screws.
 Remove the cover.
 Detach the snap connector.
To replace the strap:
 Attach the strap to the unit by attaching the snap connector
to the snap fastener.
 Reinstall the cover.
 Tighten the cover screws.
SOLUTION
Turn the nozzle selector dial to the largest micron setting.
Once spray begins, release the switch trigger and rotate
the nozzle selector dial to the desired position.
Make sure there is sufficient fluid in the tank.
Clean nozzles.
Empty the tank, clean both the tank and filter, then try
again. Make sure that all chemicals/liquid used in the
sprayer are as thin as water.

Recharge the battery.
