Keep the machine clean
•
Before performing any maintenance, repair or cleaning work on the machine, make sure that
the motor and cutting tool are stopped. Disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any
repair or maintenance work.
•
Never start the engine without the muffler or with the muffler damaged. Make sure the muffler
is tight and in good condition.
•
Clean the housings of your machine with a cloth dampened with water. Never use gasoline,
solvents, detergents or any other liquid to clean the machine.
•
The sharpening of the blade must be carried out by the Official Technical Service. Do not
sharpen the blade.
•
Do not attempt any maintenance or repair work not described in the instruction manual.
Contact Greencut Technical Support if you do not have the necessary tools or experience.
•
Use of the machine in one year should not exceed 260 hours.
•
The maximum continuous running time of the machine without cooling is 2 hours, as long as
the oil level is full, and no over-use of the oil or other problems have been noted.
AIR CLEANER
ATTENTION: Check and clean the air filter. If you notice any damage or alterations to the filter,
replace it with a new one.
To clean the filter:
1.
Remove the choke cap by levering at the bottom. (the knob must be in the open position)
2.
Remove the filter cover
3.
Remove the filter.
4.
Clean the filter with soapy water
5.
Rinse the filter with plenty of clean water
6.
Add a few drops of oil inside
7.
Replace the filter
FUEL FILTER
The fuel tank filter is located at the end of the fuel intake pipe and can be removed with the help of a hook wire.

Check the fuel filter regularly.

Do not allow dirt to get into the fuel tank to prevent the filter from getting dirty.
SPARK PLUG
Keep the spark plug and connections tight and clean.
Remove and clean the spark plug every 10/15 hours of machine operation. Clean the outer parts thoroughly and apply
a light coat of oil to all metal surfaces. Set the spark plug electrode gap to 0.6-0.7 mm.
If necessary, replace the spark plug.
1.
Remove the spark plug and put about 3 ml of oil into the cylinder through the hole in the spark plug. Slowly
pull the recoil starter out 2 or 3 times so that the oil covers the inside of the engine evenly. Replace the
spark plug.
2.
Before storing the machine, repair or replace any worn or damaged parts. Make sure the protective covers
are in place.
3.
Blow dust or debris from the air filter element using compressed air if available.
4.
Store the machine in a clean, dry, dust-free place.
