Place adapter box (C) onto support column (A)

and adjust swivel to desired position as shown in
fi gure 2.1.
Secure adapter box to support column with four 1"
socket screws (D) using a 3/16" allen wrench as
shown in fi gure 2.2.
Attach adapter plate (E) to adapter box (C) with
3
eight 3/4" socket screws (F) using a 3/16" allen
wrench as shown.
Place column cap (G) onto top of column.
