Attach the brackets on the wall as is shown on picture below.
Half quantity of mounting brackets install on the TOP of wall - for mounting top horizontal profile.
Second half of mounting brackets should be installed on the BOTTOM part of the wall to be able
installing bottom horizontal profile:

Fix the other brackets in the back of horizontal profiles: first insert the screws in the profile
grooves, then fix the brackets with nuts, but don't fasten them completely.
