5. Attach legs (#2) to Mounting Bracket (#34) with Hex Bolt (#38),
two Plastic Washers (#24) and Locknut (#15). Attach leg brace
to Leg Mounting Bracket (#33) with Phillips Head Screw (#37)
and Locknut (#16) as shown in Detail C.
6. Attach leg caps (#13) to bottom of the legs (#2) as shown in
Figure 4.
