Then place 11 pieces of 5-Kg Weight plates (34 #) along the guide rods (18), making sure that the forward and backward grooves
point down. Insert the selector rod(20#) into the center hole and place the small 2.5-Kg weight plate (35 #) above the other weight
plates.
Select the desired weight with the L shape Lock pin(48#) when using this model.
