following, we will explain the functions and operation of our

1. Designated Use
This device is designed to repel mosquitoes from a room. It
emits sound waves of 7.000 Hz, a frequency that mosquitoes
find most disturbing. Any other use as the mentioned is not
permitted! No liabilities will be taken for damages or conse-
quential damages or claims resulting out of not reading and/
or not following the user guide and/or any form of modifi-
cation on or in the product. Under these circumstances, no
warranty services will be granted.
2. Safety Instructions
• Electrical appliances, packaging materials, etc. do not be-
long in the hands of children.
• The device may only be used with the stated voltage:
230 V AC/50 Hz
• Repairs may only be made with original spare parts to avo-
id serious damage. If original parts are not used the device
can become dangerous and warranty and CE become inva-
lid.
• It must be determined if the device is suitable for the res-
pective use.
• The use of this device is not designed for use by persons
(including children under 8 years) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or the lack of experience or
lack of knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been

instructed in the use of the device by a person responsible
for their safety.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place and pass them on
when giving the device to a third person.
• This unit is suitable for indoor use only.
• This device is not designed for commercial use.
• The device must be protected from dampness, extreme
cold and heat. Make sure that the device has sufficient
ventilation.
• In schools, training centres, clubs and workshops, the ope-
ration of modules and devices must be monitored by trai-
ned personnel.
• The accident prevention regulations of the professional
associations for electrical systems and equipment should
be strictly followed when using this device in commercial
buildings.
• Do not use this device in the vicinity of explosive gases,
vapours or excessive dust.
• Do not remove any stickers from this device. The sticker
may contain important safety information.
• If the device should show any signs of damage or malfunc-
tion, do not use it. Before touching it, first disconnect the
fuse in the central fuse box and then pull the device out of
the socket.
• Never hold the device directly to your ear. Humans cannot
hear ultrasonic frequencies, but they might the device
emits at a high volume and then therefore it might be
harmful, if the ear is exposed to them over a longer period.

4. Getting started
The Gardigo Mosquito- Repellent emits sound that imitates
the buzzing wings of male mosquitoes. The female mosqui-
toes that will bite humans have mated and are now looking
for blood in order to breed. They will now avoid male mosqui-
toes and leave the area. We recommend using the device also
