8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE

The Conga Duo Stick Easy is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as
long as the proof of purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition,
and it has been given proper use, as described in this instruction manual.
The warranty does not cover:
• A product that has been used outside its capacity or utility, misused, beaten, exposed
to moisture, treated with liquids or corrosive substances, as well as by any other fault
attributable to the consumer.
• A product that has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by persons, not authorised
by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• If the incidence is caused by the normal wear and tear of its parts due to use.
• The cost of collecting the product or shipment costs.
If an incidence with the product is ever detected, you should contact your dealer or the
customer service of Cecotec, and send the proof of purchase via e-mail at:
