3.3 Cleaning system of the filter cartridge and filter monitoring
The device regularly and independently triggers a cleaning of the filter cartridge
during operation so that work does not need to be interrupted.
The cleaning is carried out using compressed air. This flows in a cleaning procedure
from the built-in air reservoir into the rotation nozzle, which then gently cleans the
dust from the filter cartridge in the reverse flow procedure.
The device's filter monitoring function continuously checks the condition of the filter
cartridge. If the differential pressure of the device falls below the pre-set critical value
of 710 m³/h the device triggers an acoustic warning signal and indicates a pending
filter change.
