9.1 Daily Checks

Check Task
Check the connecting hose between the
suction hood and filter unit for fire holes.
Check the connection cable and connector
for damage.
In the event of a change of location, check
the direction of rotation of the impeller.
Check the filter insert for a possible "Filter
breakthrough".
Check the level of the dust collection
charge.
Drain the condensate from the compressed
air tank regularly.

Implementation / measures
Visual inspection, if necessary, the
connection hose must be replaced
(see operating instructions of the
exhaust arm).

replaced by an authorised electrician.

Observe the drain valve on the rear of
the filter device
during use for escaping smoke or
heavy dust deposits. This could
indicate a "filter breakthrough"
i.e. welding smoke particles
are only separated inadequately from
the filter insert. Do not operate

case, since contaminated air
gets into the work environment and
damages the health of
persons.
