WARNING
Severe health damage of the respiratory organs and respiratory
tract is possible - wear respiratory protection. E.g.
KEMPER autoflow XP or a Class FFP2 breathing filter mask
According to EN 149.
Skin contact with welding fumes, etc. can cause skin irritation in
sensitive individuals - wear protective clothing.
Before beginning welding work, ensure that the exhaust arm and
the suction hood are correctly set, that there is no visible damage
and leak on the filter device and that the filter device is in
operation.
When changing the filter cartridge or the dust collection charge,
skin may come into contact with loosely-adhering dust and dust
swirls may occur. Therefore, wear breathing protection and
protective clothing.
Glowing embers in the filter device can cause a threshold fire and
release hazardous/toxic vapours - turn the filter unit off, close the
throttle valve in the suction hood, allow the filter device to cool
down in a controlled way, take any fire-fighting measures
necessary to secure the danger zone and immediately inform the
responsible person.
Leaks on the filter device can result in dust contaminating the
environment, plug any leaks immediately and clean the
contaminated area, wear respiratory protection and protective
clothing.
