Rif. Fig. 18-19 - Il sollevatore viene spedito con l'impianto
idraulico nelle seguenti condizioni:
- Tubi (2-7-8) collegati al cilindro della pedana P1.
- Tubo (6) collegato valvola/cilindro.
- Tubi (1-4) collegati valvola/cilindro.
- Tubo (5) collegato al blocco valvole.
- Serbatoio olio (9) vuoto.
Tutti i raccordi non collegati sono tappati.
Per completare il collegamento procedere nel seguente modo:

- Pipes (2-7-8) connected to the cylinder of the platform P1.
- Pipe (6) connected to the valve/cylinder.
- Pipes (1-4) connected to the block/cylinder.
- Pipe (5) connected to the valve block.
- Oil tank (9) empty.
All unconnected couplings are plugged.

Zu Abb. 18-19. Die Hebebühne wird mit der Hydraulikanlage in
folgendem Zustand geliefert:
- Leitungen (2-7-8) an den Zylinder der Fahrbahn P1
angeschlossen.
- Leitung (6) an Ventil/Zylinder angeschlossen
- Leitungen (1-4) an Block/Zylinder angeschlossen
- Am Ventilblock angeschlossene Leitung (5).
- Ölbehälter (9) leer.
Alle nicht verbundenen Anschlüsse sind mit Pfropfen ausgestattet. Die Anschlüsse
wie folgt komplettieren:
- Die Verpackung abnehmen und die Fahrbahn P1 in der Grube und die Fahrbahn

Réf. Fig. 18-19 – Au moment de la livraison du pont élévateur,
l'installation hydraulique se trouve dans les conditions
suivantes:
- Tuyaux (2-7-8) raccordés au vérin du chemin de roulement P1.
- Tuyau (6) raccordé à la valve /vérin.
- Tuyaux (1-4) raccordés au bloc/vérin.
- Tuyau (5) raccordé au bloc valves.
- Réservoir d'huile (9) vide.
Tous les autres raccords non reliés sont bouchés. Pour compléter
le montage, procéder comme suit:

Ref. Fig. 18-19 - El elevador se envía con la instalación
hidráulica en las siguientes condiciones:
- Tubos (2-7-8) conectados al cilindro de la plataforma P1.
- Tubo (6) conectado a válvula/cilindro.
- Tubos (1-4) conectados a bloque/cilindro.
- Tubo (5) conectado al bloque válvulas.
- Depósito aceite (9) vacío.
Todos los empalmes no conectados están tapados.
Para completar la conexión proceda de la forma siguiente:
- Quitar el embalaje y colocar la plataforma P1 en el foso y la
plataforma P2 sobre los distanciadores, de forma que se

pedana P2 su distanziali, tali da consentire lo sfilamento dei
tubi.
- Togliere il mobile dal supporto centralina e posizionare.
- Collegare i tubi (2-7-8) sulle valvole, il tubo (5) alla centralina
e il tubo di drenaggio (10) al raccordo (11). Per installazioni
in canalizzazioni, inserire i tubi prima di collegarli.
- Riempire il serbatoio (9) con olio ESSO NUTO H32 od
equivalente.
N.B.: è possibile collegare la centralina sul lato opposto del
sollevatore.

luogo desiderato e procedere come al paragrafo 4.4.1.

- Remove the unit from the control unit support and place in
position.
- Connect tubes (2-7-8) onto the valves, tube (5) to the control
unit and the drainage tube (10) to the coupling (11). For
installation in tube housings, lay the tubes before connecting
them.
- Fill the tank (9) with ESSO NUTO H32 oil or similar.
Note: it is possible to connect the control unit to the other side of
the lift.

the chosen area and proceed as above.

- Das Gehäuse vom Schaltschrankgestell abnehmen, positionieren.
- Die Leitungen (2-7-8) an die Ventile, die Leitung (5) an das Aggregat und das
Sickerrohr (10) an den Anschluss (11) anschliessen. Bei Kanalinstallationen
die Leitungen vor dem Anschliessen verlegen.
- Den Behälter (9) mit ÖL ESSO NUTO H32 oder gleichwertigem Öl füllen.
Anmerkung: der Schaltschrank kann auf der gegenüberliegenden Hebebühnenseite
angeschlossen werden.

Zu Abb. 18-19 - Die Verpackung abnehmen, die Fahrbahnen
am gewünschten Ort positionieren und gemäss Abschnitt 4.4.1
vorgehen.
- Enlever l'emballage et positionner le chemin de roulement P1 dans la fosse et
le chemin de roulement P2 sur les entretoises, pour pouvoir retirer les tuyaux.
- Retirer le meuble du support du pupitre de commande et positionner.
- Raccorder les tuyaux (2-7-8) aux valves, le tuyau (5) au pupitre de commande
et le tuyau de drainage (10) au raccord (11). Dans le cas d'installations dans
les canalisations, introduire d'abord les tuyaux, puis effectuer les raccords.
- Remplir le réservoir (9) d'huile ESSO NUTO H32 ou équivalente
Remarque: il est possible de raccorder le pupitre de commande sur le côté opposé
du pont élévateur.

- Quitar el mueble del soporte de la central de mando y colocarlo, sustituir el tapón
del depósito por el tapón de la varilla de nivel (9).
- Conectar los tubos (2 -7-8) a las válvulas, el tubo (5) a la central de mando y
el tubo de drenaje (10) al empalme (11). Para instalaciones en canalizaciones,
introducir los tubos antes de conectarlos.
- Reponer el depósito (9) con aceite ESSO NUTO H32 o equivalentes
NOTA: se puede conectar el panel de mando en el lado opuesto del elevador.
