INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The air fryer is able to cook a wide range of foods.
1. Connect the plug to a grounded power outlet.
2. Carefully remove the basket.
3. Place the food to be cooked inside.
Warning: do not use the basket without the grill.
4. Put the basket back into the fryer.
Warning: while the fryer is running and for some time after use, do not touch the
basket or the grill, which become very hot. Always hold the basket by the handle.
5. With the corresponding knob, select the desired temperature. To determine the most
suitable one, see the cooking guide.
6. Determine the necessary preparation time. Again, to do this, see the cooking guide.
7. To turn on the appliance, select the desired time using the timer knob. If the appli-
ance is cold, increase the time by 3 minutes.
8. Some ingredients require mixing halfway through preparation. To do this, remove the
basket holding it by the handle and - without removing the grill and always holding
the handle - shake the contents. Finally, put the basket back into the fryer and re-
sume cooking.
9. When the selected time has elapsed, a beep will sound. Take the basket out of the
fryer and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Note: it is also possible to turn off the device manually. To do this, simply turn the
temperature knob to 0.
10. Check if the food is ready. If not yet, put the basket back into the fryer and set the
timer for a few more minutes. After air frying, the basket and food will be very hot
and steam may escape depending on the type of food.
Tip: To remove fragile food or large quantities of food from the basket more easily,
use tongs, a serving spoon or similar.
11. After cooking food, there is no need to wait to repeat the process. After several
cycles, or after cooking certain types of food, too much grease or residue may accu-
mulate in the deep fryer. Before continuing to fry, it may be helpful to remove them.
In this case, wait for the fryer to cool down and follow the correct procedure indicat-
ed in the cleaning section.
