6. Initial use and operation
Remove the hearing amplifier from the packaging and check that the device
and all accessories are included and not damaged.
1. Open the battery compartment on the hearing amplifier as
shown.
2. Insert the button cell battery (alkaline type LR754)
included in the delivery into the battery compartment as
shown. When inserting the battery, ensure that the correct
polarity (+/-) is observed.
Zinc-air batteries (PR48, 13) can also be used and
have a longer service life.
3. Close the battery compartment again. Now connect your
desired earplug to the headphones.
Make sure the volume control is initially set to the low-
est setting before operating the hearing amplifier.
