INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
C-WM-A-MWP Series
WALL MOUNTED WITH CONDUIT FEED
1. Remove front assembly from the back mounting plate by removing
(4) screws, two screws on each side of the mounting plate. See
Figure 1.
2. For attachment of mounting plate to the mounting surface, drill out
chosen knockouts in the back of the mounting plate. See Figure 2.
NOTE: Center plug in mounting plate should not be removed when
using surface conduit.
3. Attach mounting plate to mounting surface using hardware supplied
by others.
NOTE: A high grade caulking material, such as silicone rubber,
should be used around the perimeter of gasket on back surface of
mounting plate (between gasket and mounting surface) to prevent
water leakage into luminaire.
NOTE: The bubble level on the mounting plate can be used to
ensure the mounting plate is mounted level.
4. Remove chosen threaded plug on the side of the mounting plate
and thread conduit into mounting plate.
NOTE: Teflon tape should be used on threads of conduit to achieve
a watertight seal.
5. Make wiring connections between the lead wires from the
front assembly and the supply leads per the ELECTRICAL
CONNECTIONS section.
6. Reattach the front assembly to the back mounting plate using the
(4) screws removed in Step 1. See Figure 3.
NOTE: Ensure the gasket between the front assembly and
mounting box is properly seated and that no lead wires are pinched
when tightening screws.
NOTE: Do not overtighten screws to avoid damage to front
assembly.
7. To control the photocontrol operation and to set the desired CCT,
access the dip switches by removing the conduit plug on the front
face of the fixture. Position dip switches to chosen settings.
See Figure 4.
NOTE: Dip switches are factory set at 4000K and photocontrol is
set to "ON".
