BOTTOM TRAY INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Two or more people are required to lay down or stand up the service cart.
DO NOT stand in front of or behind the product during this process. Lock drawers before
proceeding.
Carefully lay the service cart on its back, with a soft mat underneath for protection.
Attach each of the support posts to the bottom of the service cart using six M8 x 16 Hex
head bolts. (3 on each side of each support post. Finger tighten only.
Once all four support posts are attached to the cart, attach the other ends of the posts
using M8 x 16 Hex head bolts to the bottom tray. (3 on each side of each support post.
Finger tighten only.
When all fasteners are in place make sure the support posts are straight - then tighten all
the fasteners.
CASTER INSTALLATION
While the service cart is still lying on its back, position the two swivel casters on the
bottom, on the same side you plan to place the handle. Insert four M8 x 25 hex bolts
and washers, then through each caster and into the bottom of the service cart. Tighten
securely.
Repeat for the two rigid casters on the other side of the service cart. With two people lift
the cart so it is upright, resting on its casters.
