OVEN PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS
when the oven is in standby, you can switch between the different functions by turning the knob KB.
when you select a function, the default temperature for the selected function is displayed. when the de-
sired function is selected, gently press the KB button. The cooking temperature can now be set by turning
the KB knob. After the desired cooking temperature has been selected, gently press the KB button again
to start the oven. If the PYRO function is selected, which is the self-cleaning program, the working mode is
activated directly by gently pressing the coding switch KB.
If the cooking temperature is not set or the KB button is not lightly pressed within 10 seconds after the
function is selected, the system will automatically return to standby mode. During working status, the
oven shows as in figure 6.
Overview of the above programs and their function
de-frost: The fan runs without heat to reduce the defrosting time of frozen food. The
time it takes to defrost the food depends on the room temperature, the amount and the
type of food. Always check the food packaging for thawing instructions.
Half grill: This cooking method only utilizes the inner part of the upper heating element,
which directs the heat downwards onto the food. This function is suitable for grilling
small portions of bacon, toast and meat etc.
Full grill: This cooking method utilizes the inner and outer parts of the upper heating
element, which directs the heat downwards onto the food. This function is suitable for
grilling medium or large portions of sausages, bacon, steaks, fish etc.
Hot air and grill: This mode uses the upper heating element and the fan together to allow
the internal heat to circulate faster. It is suitable for cooking food quickly, and can be used
for food such as beef, hamburger and some vegetables.
Hot air: This function uses a fan to circulate the heat to cook food. The baking time will
be shorter. The heating fan transfers the heat in a balanced manner to each rack in the
oven, and avoids the mixing of flavors between different dishes.
Conventional oven (upper outer and lower element):
This cooking method provides traditional cooking with heat from the upper and lower
heating elements. This function is only suitable for roasting and baking on one shelf.
