Conventional grill: This cooking method is a conventional cooking method, with heat
from the top and bottom heating elements, while the fan helps circulate the heat to
achieve an even baking result. This function is only suitable for roasting and baking on
one shelf.
Fan and Bottom Element: This cooking method uses the bottom heating element along
with the fan, which helps circulate the heat quickly. This function is suitable for food that
needs to be heated from the bottom, for example pizza, etc.
Bottom heating: This cooking method uses the bottom heating element. This function is
suitable for food that needs to be heated from the bottom.
Pizza: This cooking method uses the rear fan together with the bottom heating element,
and is suitable for quickly heating e.g. pizza.
Rapid Preheating: This mode uses the inner and outer parts of the upper heating ele-
ment, same with the lower heating element, for alternating heat circulation. In this mode,
the fan is also in operation to provide an even distribution of the heat and shorten the
cooking time of the food. Suitable for quick preheating of the oven.
air fryer: This cooking method uses the top heating element, the rear heating element,
and the rear high-speed fan to heat and fry food. The heat in combination with the fan
removes the food surface moisture quickly, so that the food forms a crispy surface.
Energy-saving grilling: This cooking method uses the upper inner heating element and
the lower heating element to control the temperature, which makes grilling more ener-
