• Ingresso 'MIC'/'AUX IN' (11) per il collegamento di sorgenti aggiuntive
quali microfono a filo, ricevitore radiomicrofonico od altre sorgenti sonore.
L'ingresso è disponibile su due differenti prese: tipo XLR (MIC) bilanciata
con sensibilità microfonica e doppia presa phono (AUX IN) con sensibilità
ausiliaria. Nel caso di uso contemporaneo delle prese, occorre tenere in
debito conto che, in ogni caso, il controllo di livello MICRO/AUX (1) è
unico ed agisce sulla miscelazione dei segnali presenti sulle due prese.
• Possibilità di inserimento dell'alimentazione phantom a 12 V sulla presa
'MIC'.
• Presa d'uscita 'BOOSTER OUT' (9) a cui collegare unità di potenza per
la diffusione sonora di sala.
• Gestione delle modalità di conferenza:

conferenza Automatica: per partecipare alla discussione, il Delegato
può prenotarsi all'intervento e la centrale inserisce la richiesta nella coda
delle prenotazioni. Il tempo di intervento è gestito in modo automatico
dalla centrale secondo tempi preimpostati tramite l'unità CL2100-G
oppure tramite il PC (da 1 a 20 minuti).

conferenza Manuale: le caratteristiche sono analoghe alle precedenti,
con la differenza che il tempo di intervento è gestito in modo manuale
dall'operatore sulla CL2100-G e/o sul PC.

conferenza Aperta: in questa modalità è possibile avere l'abilitazione
contemporanea di più postazioni microfoniche. In ogni momento
della discussione, ogni partecipante che lo desideri potrà abilitarsi
all'intervento.
• Possibilità di abilitazione diretta di una postazione Delegato tramite
console o PC.
• Intervento del Presidente in modalità conversazione (cioè in
contemporanea al Delegato abilitato) oppure in modalità prioritaria.
• Gestione del voto elettronico in modalità palese od in modalità segreta
(tramite unità di controllo CL2100-G e/o PC con software CS2100
Manager).
• Funzionamento della centrale basato su microcontrollore a tecnologia
Flash Eeprom.
• Protezione del software PC tramite chiave hardware.
• Unità centrale inseribile a rack.

1.3 Unità di controllo CL2100-G
• Selezione della modalità di conferenza o della votazione.
• Selezione del tempo di intervento in conferenza automatica (da 1 a 20
minuti).
• Comando CONF per la selezione della modalità di conferenza.
• Comando VOTE per l'apertura/chiusura delle votazioni.
• Comando NEXT per l'attivazione della conferenza e la gestione delle
abilitazioni.
• Comando MENU per la selezione delle impostazioni di sistema e di
servizio (scelta della lingua, selezione del tempo d'intervento in modalità
automatica, selezione votazione palese/segreta, indirizzamento delle
postazioni e selezione dell'indirizzo dell'unità di controllo stessa.
• Comando CANC per l'azzeramento dei parametri della conferenza
(abilitazioni e coda).
• Possibilità di abilitazione diretta di una postazione Delegato.
• Display LCD retroilluminato (16 caratteri x 2 linee).
1.4 Caratteristiche del software CS2100 Manager
• Gestione delle modalità di conferenza e di votazione.
• Schermata per l'efficace gestione della discussione contenente la lista dei
partecipanti, la lista dei prenotati, la lunghezza della coda di prenotazioni,
l'indicazione dell'oratore attivo, il timer per la conferenza automatica
ed il testo dell'oggetto di discussione; nel caso di conferenza aperta,
la lista degli oratori attivi prende il posto di quella dei prenotati. Sono,
inoltre, disponibili i comandi per il cambio della modalità di conferenza,
per passare all'oratore successivo, per cancellare un oratore dalla lista
dei prenotati, per la chiamata diretta di un Delegato, per l'azzeramento
dei parametri della conferenza e per modificare il tempo di intervento
in conferenza automatica.
• Editing dell'anagrafica dei partecipanti composta di tre campi: cognome,
nome e gruppo.
• Impostazione del tempo di intervento per la conferenza di tipo
automatico a scelta da 1 a 20 minuti.
• Funzione di appello per il riconoscimento delle persone presenti, con
visualizzazione a schermo e possibilità di stampa della lista nominativa;
salvataggio del numero dei presenti per il successivo utilizzo nelle
formule di maggioranza.

• 'MIC'/'AUX IN' input (11) for connecting additional sources such as a
wired microphone, a wireless microphone receiver or other sources
of sound. The input is available on two different sockets: an XLR
(MIC) balanced input with microphone sensitivity and a dual phono
(AUX IN) socket with auxiliary sensitivity. If both sockets are used
at the same time, it should be taken into account that there is a
single MICRO/AUX level control (1) that operates on the mixing of
the signals present on the two sockets.
• Possibility of connecting the 12 V phantom power supply to the 'MIC'
socket.
• 'BOOSTER OUT' (9) output socket to which boosters can be connected
for sound-broadcasting purposes in the conference hall.
• Management of conference modes:
- Automatic conference: In order to take part in the discussion, a
Delegate must queue to speak and the central unit enters the request
in the queue. The length of the contributions is managed automatically
by the central unit on the basis of a timeout set beforehand through
the CL2100-G unit or via a PC (from 1 to 20 minutes).
- Manual conference: This is similar to the previously illustrated
mode, but the length of the contributions is managed manually by
the operator via the CL2100-G and/or PC.
- Open conference: In this mode, more than one microphone station
can be enabled at the same time. Any participant wishing to speak
may enable his station to do so at any time.
• Possibility of enabling a Delegate Station directly via the console or
PC.
• Chairperson's contribution in the conversation mode (that is to say,
at the same time as the enabled Delegate) or in the priority mode.
• Management of electronic voting in the open mode or in the secret
ballot mode (through the CL2100-G control unit and/or PC with the
CS2100 Manager software).
• Operation of the central unit based on Flash EEPROM technology
microcontroller.
• Hardware key protecting the PC software.
• The central unit can be rack-mounted.
• Black semi-matte central unit, height 1 HE.
1.3 CL2100-G Control unit
• Selection of conference mode or voting mode.
• Selection of length of contributions in the automatic conference mode
(from 1 to 20 minutes).
• CONF command for selecting the conference mode.
• VOTE for opening/closing voting sessions.
• NEXT command for activating the conference and managing enabling
of stations.
• MENU command for selecting the system and service settings (choice
of language, selection of contribution timeout in the automatic mode,
choice between open vote/secret ballot, addressing of stations and
selection of the address of the control unit).
• CANC command for resetting the conference parameters (enabling and
queuing).
• Possibility of enabling a Delegate Station directly.
• Backlit LCD (16 digits x 2 lines).
1.4 Features of the CS2100 Manager software
• Management of the conference and voting modes.
• Screen page for effective management of the discussion containing
the list of participants, the list of Delegates queued to speak, the
length of the queue, the indication of the current speaker, the timer
for automatic conferences and the text of the item being discussed.
For open conferences, a list of active speakers replaces that of
those queued to speak. Controls are also available for changing the
conference mode, for going on to the next speaker, to delete a speaker
from the list of those queued to speak, for calling a Delegate directly,
for resetting the conference parameters and for changing the speaking
time during automatic conferences.
• Editing of the information concerning the participants (consisting of
three fields: last name, first name and group).
• The contribution timeout for automatic conferences can be set at
between 1 and 20 minutes.
• Roll-call function for recognition of attendances, shown on the screen,
and possibility of printing a list of the names; recording of the number
of people present for subsequent calculation of the majority.
